About Utica Real Estate Solutions, LLC
Utica Real Estate Solutions, LLC is a real estate solutions company based out of Clinton, NY. We are a local, family-run business serving residents in the Utica area. I was born and raised in South Utica, attended John F. Hughes elementary school, Utica Free Academy, SUNY Oswego, and Albany Law School of Union University. I continue to live, and raise my two children, in the Utica area.
You will be hard pressed to find someone with more hands on experience in real estate. I obtained my NYS real estate brokers license over 30 years ago. After graduating from college and law school, I practiced commercial real estate law for the largest law firm in the South based out of North Carolina. Wanting to return to the four seasons of upstate New York, I moved back the Utica area, and worked for the largest commercial real estate developer and brokerage company in upstate New York.
At all times in my career, my job was to find solutions to problems related to real estate. We believe that all problems are “FigureOutAble“!
