Utica Real Estate Solutions, LLC is a local, family-run real estate solutions company based in Clinton, NY. We serve property owners throughout the Utica area.
I was born and raised in South Utica, attended John F. Hughes Elementary School, Utica Free Academy, SUNY Oswego, and Albany Law School of Union University. I continue to live and raise my two children in the Utica area.
You will be hard pressed to find someone with more hands-on real estate experience. I obtained my New York State real estate broker’s license more than 30 years ago. After graduating from college and law school, I practiced commercial real estate law with one of the largest law firms in the South.
Wanting to return to the four seasons of Upstate New York, I moved back to the Utica area and worked for one of the largest commercial real estate development and brokerage companies in Upstate New York.
Throughout my career, my job has been to find practical solutions to real estate problems. Some property situations are simple. Others involve repairs, tenants, title issues, estate matters, foreclosure concerns, code violations, inherited property, deferred maintenance, cleanout, or other issues that make the next step less obvious.
